Hand forged from railroad spikes, these meat turners are a useful tool that will last a lifetime with proper care. Made for flipping steaks and other firm meats like chicken. Each piece is "seasoned" with a hot oil finish similar to that on cast iron pans. Aftercare is also handled the same way you would with cast iron.

When checking out, select whether you are right or left handed, which changes the direction the hook end points. Also select whether you want a leather lanyard with a drilled hole or no lanyard at all. If you select no lanyard, there will not be a hole drilled through the spike for attaching a lanyard.
