This style of 1 tbsp coffee scoop features one of a few forged finials on the steel handle, with a pure copper cup. When checking out, select the finial type you like and the finish of the handle. The hot-oiled selection is a traditional hot-seasoned finish using food safe oil or beeswax. The steel-brushed option is a wire brushed finish sealed with clear coat. The brass-brushed finish is like the hot-oiled finish with some added brass brushing to bring out a brighter, slightly golden highlight.
